The Dallas, Phoenix, Greater Washington Region, Denver and Philadelphia Walkabouts raise over $149,000 for Sjögren's Syndrome!

On March 4th in Dallas the first-ever
Sjögren's Walkabout was held in Texas

On March 11th in Phoenix the first-ever
Sjögren's Walkabout was held in Arizona

On April 22nd in Reston, Virginia the first-ever
Sjögren's Walkabout was held in the Greater Washington Region.

On May 6th in Denver, Colorado the Sjögren's Walkabout
was held where it all began three years ago, a success yet again!

On June 3rd in Bucks County, Pennsylvania the Sjögren's Walkabout
was held for the second year in a row.

Thanks to all of those who participated in the Walkabout. Many of the participants were our Foundation members along with their friends and family members. Also, some recently diagnosed Sjögren's syndrome patients came to the event to learn more. All were there to show that they support our efforts as we strive to Increase Awareness of Sjögren's Syndrome.

The Walkabouts help us to spread the word about Sjögren's Syndrome! As participants raise funds they also have the opportunity to share their Sjögren's story with Co-workers, Community Business Leaders, Dentists, Doctors, etc.

The Walkabouts bring hundreds of members together for a fun family event allowing participants to establish a connection with other Sjogren's syndrome patients and Support Group Leaders. Even those who came and did not walk still enjoyed cheering us on!
