Sometimes it is difficult to explain Sjögren's syndrome to strangers. Years ago the Foundation produced a Patient Information card that was distributed from the office to all members. Patients found the cards helpful to carry at all times to help explain their disease or in case of emergency.

Although the Sjögren's Syndrome Foundation no longer distributes this card, we felt it was an invaluable asset to patients. The card is now available for downloading and printing using the link below.

If you do not have a printer, please contact the SSF offices at 1-800-475-6473 and we can print you a copy and have it mailed to your home.
