The local support group is at the genesis of the Foundation and remains its bedrock today. The Sjögren's Syndrome Foundation sponsors nearly 100 groups located throughout the United States and Canada. These groups, run by volunteers, provide members opportunity to share advice and tips for living more comfortably with Sjögren's. Much can be learned at each support group meeting, whether it is a discussion among patients or features a medical professional or other expert.
