We are looking for walkers or runners to join our Team Sjögren’s Training Program for a virtual 5k, 10K, Half or Full Marathon. Follow our program and we will prepare you to WALK or RUN either a 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathon distance over the weekend of June 4-5, 2022 in your hometown!

All of our runners and walkers will take part in regular training calls with their fellow team members and also get personal training advice from our experienced runners and walkers. Then between June 4-5, our runners will all head out to complete their distance!

Our team will be full of walkers and runners – so don’t fret if you aren’t a runner – Team Sjögren’s was designed for you! Our plan takes people from the couch to the course!
