"Since I was diagnosed with Sjögren's, I have learned....."

Sjögren's is unique to each individual.

Be my own advocate, stay in the drivers seat.

Look for guidance, I was so grateful I found the Sjögren's Syndrome Foundation! Asking for help is a sign of strength NOT weakness.

It is challenging at times with well known physicians and facilities, they seem to always look elsewhere before stating "it could be your Sjögren's" when discussing your concerns, as if they don't fully understand how a Sjögren's patient can be impacted in so many different ways.

Share awareness, in just one month I shared my story with five others who shared their health concerns, two were positive for Sjögren's! One with positive labs, another had negative labs but with further testing a positive lip biopsy.
