What are your most difficult symptoms?:
Dry eyes, Joint aches, Dry skin

How has Sjögren's impacted your life (either physically, emotionally, financially)?:
Sjögren's has impacted my life physically because I'm not able to dance and do cardio like I want to because of the fatigue and joint pain. Emotionally I have gone through periods of feeling anxious about how things will turn out living with Sjögren's.

How do you effectively cope with the complexity of symptoms?:
I have learned to set limits and boundaries so I can make sure I'm taking care of myself.

What do you wish people knew about your Sjögren’s?:
Sjögren's is tricky to diagnose and symptoms vary from person to person.

How do you incorporate self-care with managing Sjögren's?:
Self-care is daily for me which involves saliva substitutes, making sure I use my moisturizing lotions, and never letting a day go by without using my artificial tears/lubricating gel drops.

What’s your best Sjögren’s tip?:
Sleep with a humidifier to help prevent nasal and sinus dryness and to keep the air moist.
